returns & exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of unused merchandise in its original packaging and condition within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment after inspection of returned merchandise. Exchanges will be processed after receipt and inspection of original merchandise. The customer is responsible for any return/exchange shipping and handling costs. Customized items are final sale and non-refundable. We carefully inspect all of our merchandise. However, if you believe you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us.
